Overview
This guide will describe the complete operation process of “conducting intelligent risk assessment for auto insurance claims through the insurance industry AI PaaS platform”. The core goal is to help operators quickly upload claim case data, call the built-in risk assessment model of the platform, generate a claim risk level report (high/medium/low risk), assist claim review decisions, and shorten the claim processing cycle.
Applicable Roles: Insurance enterprise claim review specialists, operation managers.
Detailed Operation Steps
Step 1: Log in to the Platform
Operation Action: Open the designated browser (Chrome 90+), enter the official platform address, input the username (e.g., ins-claim-001) and password (initial password must be changed after first login) on the login page, and click Login.
Goal: Successfully access the homepage of the insurance industry AI PaaS platform.
Key Node: If login fails, check the VPN connection and confirm your account password. Or contact the operation and maintenance team to reset the password.
Step 2: Enter the Claim Risk Assessment Module
Operation Action: In the left navigation bar of the platform homepage, click Business Module → Claim Management → Risk Assessment to enter the claim risk assessment operation interface.
Goal: Locate the target function module and prepare for data upload.
Key Node: Confirm that the current account has obtained the operation permission for the “Claim Risk Assessment” module (if there is no permission, it will display “Access Restricted”, and you need to contact the administrator to activate it).

Step 3: Upload Claim Case Data
Operation Action: Click Upload Data in the upper right corner of the interface, select the “Excel File” format, and upload the pre-organized claim case data file (which must comply with the platform template format: including fields such as case number, accident time, accident location, vehicle information, driver information, loss amount, and the data has been desensitized). After uploading, click Data Verification, and the system will automatically verify the data format and integrity.
Goal: Successfully upload compliant claim case data and pass the system verification.
Key Node: If verification fails, modify the data according to the system prompts (e.g., supplement missing fields, correct format errors), and re-upload for verification until it passes.
Step 4: Call the Risk Assessment Model
Operation Action: After the data verification is passed, click Call Model at the bottom of the interface. In the pop-up model selection box, select Auto Insurance Claim Risk Assessment V2.0 (the platform’s default recommended model), set the output format of the assessment result (e.g., PDF/Excel), and click Confirm Call.
Goal: Successfully initiate a model call request, and the system starts risk assessment calculation.
Key Node: Do not close the current page during the model call process. Assessment of large datasets may take 3-5 minutes, and you can check the “progress bar” on the interface to monitor the assessment status.

If you need to retain it, click Export Report, select the storage path to complete the download.

Key Node: The exported report must be classified and archived in accordance with enterprise regulations, and unauthorized dissemination is strictly prohibited.
